Questions, answered.
Do I need to rewire my home?
Usually only small changes. ORVIBO devices talk to each other wirelessly over Zigbee, so there is no new control cabling to run between rooms. Smart switches replace your existing switches, and the curtain motor kit runs on batteries. We’ll tell you exactly what’s needed after the home visit.
Can I start with one room?
Yes. Start with a MixPad and a few devices in one room, then add more whenever you like. New devices join the same system.
Does it work with Alexa or Google?
MixPad panels have their own voice control, and MixPad M5 has Alexa built in. Many ORVIBO devices, such as the curtain motor kit, also work with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.
Can I control my home when I’m away?
Yes. With the ORVIBO Home app you can check cameras, run scenes and switch devices from anywhere with an internet connection.
